The more I work my corporate job, the more I want to build a little self sustaining farm somewhere and just make and sell little crafts at the bazar from 9-12, 3 days a week. I’m tired of this corporate life and I’m only 23. I don’t know how older folks are doing this.

Does anybody ever just get depressed at work because the company has adapted a zero tolerance mindset when it comes to mistakes? Like how can another human who’s imperfect, expect you to be entirely perfect?

Someone fainted in the toilet in front of me where I work and as he fell he told me to call an ambulance. But weird thing is he doesn’t work here?? I didn’t have my phone with me so had to rush back to my office and tell other staff what happened and also to call an ambulance—
