After the Meta acquisition, the service was suddenly discontinued and my subscriptions were terminated without warning. The hardware I paid for is now unusable. This isn’t about the money. It’s about how you treat the people who believed in you from day one. The way this was handled is a disappointment, and it sends the wrong message to the community that helped you get here. Sharing this as constructive feedback: early supporters deserve transparency, continuity, or at the very least a respectful off-ramp. Hope you take this to heart moving forward.
