The court said you need to pay 21% VAT because the margin scheme only applies to actual seond-hand physical goods, not virtual items/services". It's way easier to just live offshore

@roflm0nster @keks_neon If you follow the EU legal approach, whether you’re a big or small trader, trading isn’t profitable with the current margins (~10%) unless you use gambling sites. If you sell skins with VAT applied (around +20% in most countries), you would run out of business pretty quickly.
