genuine UX question: Why did youtube take the keep the video stuck on top while scrolling comments on desktop? ik it's more intuitive with mobile, but it's so so so annoying to pause to read comments on desktop on default mode, am i missing something here? @YouTube @YouTubeIndia

one can be immersed and read or comment at the same time, users can just watch fullscreen instead? but even on default view modes? am I supposed to just sit and watch, pause, comment/read comment, play?
