I'm not on the core Cloud Functions team but I think I would have heard if this was widespread. DM me a support ticket # and I'll see if the right folk are investigating...

@firebase We're now entering day 3 of failed cloud function deployments to our production env. Engineers are stressed, users are leaving negative reviews, and clients are pissed. We'd rather not post this on Twitter but damn it guys!!!
