178,000 status page incidents across 360+ companies, with MTTR pulled straight from status page timestamps. The largest public incident dataset we know of. Meet us on Aug 4 at 11 am ET, when our team shares how modern systems break in 2026.

We believe the best insights on #AI in #SRE come from engineers running production systems. That's why we launched The AI SRE Files, a series that turns conversations with SRE leaders into practical lessons you can apply to your own systems.

An alert fires in #Grafana or #Datadog. Your investigation begins with correlated metrics, logs, traces, and recent changes rather than assembling them across multiple tools. Aiden for SRE Community Edition is free to try: ai.stackgen.com/app/sre

What's the single highest-leverage thing a team can do to improve its knowledge layer without a large upfront investment? This was one of the questions @kdabir asked Aakash, Lead SRE, StackGen, during a panel at #AISRENext Bengaluru. #AISRE

One thing we've noticed is that incident response often slows down long before troubleshooting begins. A lot of time goes into pulling together context from monitoring tools, CMDBs, deployment records, and incident systems before anyone can make a decision.

"People putty is what we use when we don't have a system." That observation from @sd_architect's #AISRENext keynote led to a bigger question: why does so much operational knowledge still live outside our systems?

Every team is somewhere on the trust ladder. #AISRENext is figuring out where and what it takes to climb. Observe. Suggest. Execute with approval. Execute autonomously. Sudheer Bhat has the whole room on what proof moves you up each rung.

Your runbooks are stale. Your incident history is buried in Slack. The three engineers who know how the system works are not always on call. A packed panel at #AISRENext is getting into how to solve it, and what it takes to build a knowledge layer agents can trust.

You can give SREs an AI. Getting them to stop verifying everything it does is a different challenge. Sudheer bhat at #AISRENext on InMobi 's journey from "it mostly works" to on-call trust. Alert fatigue, why it happens, and what the path to trusted looks like.
