I have been into some basic LP staking stuff with this Elixir platform for a few months, but wtf is this? I absolutely can't get my head over it, zero understanding. is memecoin brain rot real?

Introducing Elixir Community Codes—a mechanism allowing operators to build independent frontends and directly receive stELX delegations. Community codes create a growth flywheel that incentivize operators to contribute to the Elixir ecosystem and grow staked elixir. To generate a community code, one must: - create a proposal outlining their infrastructure on the public forum - pass heavy vetting and a token-weighted vote by $stELX holders - consistently meet excellent performance metrics, as operators with validators outside the top percentile will be removed from the set This enables a democratic process for operators and @elixir community members to earn LST delegations.
