Introducing Elixir Community Codes—a mechanism allowing operators to build independent frontends and directly receive stELX delegations. Community codes create a growth flywheel that incentivize operators to contribute to the Elixir ecosystem and grow staked elixir. To generate a community code, one must: - create a proposal outlining their infrastructure on the public forum - pass heavy vetting and a token-weighted vote by $stELX holders - consistently meet excellent performance metrics, as operators with validators outside the top percentile will be removed from the set This enables a democratic process for operators and @elixir community members to earn LST delegations. Read more about community codes and operator selection in the protocol documentation.
