Businessman Muhammad Nouman Qaiser from Barcelona eliminated in CCD Punjab encounter today. He travelled to Lahore to cooperate with the police in cases registered on him. He was released yesterday from Camp Jail Lahore after his bail was approved. Note: CCD Punjab says it didn’t deal with Nouman cases and has nothing to do with the encounter.
