@stanleytools @HomeDepot This is the WORST utility knife. Was working on scaffolding yesterday with one of these and it kept jamming. Horrible hazardous distraction to have to keep worrying whether or not the blade is fully retracted. Who gets sued over this problem - @stanleytools or @HomeDepot ?

Hey @stanleytools how the fuck do you have a box cutter blade dispenser that fails after every blade you take out and you have to pry them down with your fingernails to get them to come out? How the hell did this get by the sniff test of basic functionality? You’re inducing dangerous use of force to break it open and have them floating around because some idiot in legal said that it has to not be possible to have one accidentally slip out and an engineer took them too seriously.

@stanleytools , stay away from this knife folks, it's not worth the frustration. Once again, created under the guise of a professional too, with the "Fat Max" badge, is anything but. The blade lock is weak, cannot hold the blade, and if you tighten it too far, the lock fails.

@stanleytools Well third of July & still no answer to my email, great service as usual @stanleytools. Bought a new drill yesterday ,obviously I avoided Stanley Tools and got myself a lovely @BoschUK drill which guess what @stanleytools! I registered straight away & got myself 3 years warranty!

@stanleytools I’m giving up on contacting the support staff who don’t seem to know what they are doing ? 12877690 and ticket no 12970048 they have finally ground me down with their requests for over the top information required. So might as well throw the faulty strimmer away 🙄

@stanleytools yet another fob off from Stanley tools, this really is one of the worst company’s I have had the misfortune of using. The extended warranty are not worth pursuing if the company has closed HOMEBASE , so stuck with broken machinery still has over 200 days left.

@stanleytools Well I have been contacted from a Uk support person and they need a receipt which I can’t give them as Homebase closed and are unresponsive . So I am stuck with a broken product and quite honestly it’s not worth the hassle.But one last attempt I’ll try.
