You and NBC are full of it. Hegseth did not claim the families were unanimous. His statement can be understood to refer to at least three families. That’s all that can be honestly read into it. Mr. Simmons did not say exactly what other families are reported to have said. But he did say surprisingly nice things about Trump and Hegseth and indicated that his son support the action in which he gave his life.
