My bitcoin price forecast from September 2019, with new data in red. The lowest price currently allowed by the price corridor is about $13k, increasing to about $14.5k at the end of this year. The current price is not that "special" when seen this way.

In the bear market of 2014/15 and 2018/19 (blue) realized price was above 200WMA and the bull market did not start until realized price and 200WMA touched. Now realized price and 200WMA already touched at $22K. For the next bull market we need BTC above realized price and 200WMA.

Price is not the same as valuation. Price is what you pay, and is the outcome of current supply/ask and demand/bid market dynamics. Value is what you get, and is the outcome of a valuation model that looks at some underlying signal that cuts through current price noise.
