During his research phase, he stayed two days at Raghu Dahibara’s home at Cuttack and one day with Babula Dahibara to learn the art of making dahibara.
He also ate Dahibara Aloodum for an entire month, trying stalls across Cuttack and Bhubaneswar, before launching the chain.
