Slot staying next season just backs the theory. His, Edwards and Hughes' contracts end next summer. Why no renewals? Because FSG are selling. They are just holding the fort. Expect a sale announcement this summer, with the takeover fully completed next season. #LiverpoolFC

@mxhaPL I work in data and the numbers under Slot are poor. The structural drop off is massive. FSG are strictly data-driven and would normally break his contract early. Keeping him despite the metrics only makes sense if they are selling up. They are just holding the fort.
