How Unwoke is Cruisin' Another World in My Cadillac - let me count the ways 1) White male heterosexual American protagonist who kicks ass and doesn't quit. 2) Slow-burn romance leading to monogamous relationship between a princess and a nerfherder 3) The Power of Friendship, brotherhood between men, a party of adventurers who have each others backs 4) Strong Theme of family, protective fathers and brothers, caring sisters, and an FMC who actively wants to be a mother some day 4) Mercy and redemption 5) Free will triumphing over algorithmic certainty, good vanquishing evil. 6) Knights and priests who are genuinely good people 7) Somewhat grounded pseudo-European demographics 8) Same sex friendships that are 100% platonic (yes, even Sylfaena and Nenewyn, but, fan-art is fine man go crazy) 9) An MMC and FMC who balance each other out - she doesn't overshadow him, she completes him. Well, that, and she heals his wounds. 10) Men who protect women, women who nurture (Some of them do kick a ton of ass though; Rayna and Sylfaena come to mind).
