It’s extremely horrifying that a member of the police who’s sworn to keep the public safe is just casually hitting children. He may need to learn some manners but that’s a job for his parents, if he’s made a mistake he shouldn’t be hit for it. Just because a kid is using a word you don’t like doesn’t mean you should hit him.

The officer delivered a single strike to the boy’s face.

If clubs cannot meet the PL's rules around lower tier allocation due to 'safety concerns', then the parts of the stadium that prevent that should be closed to allow for it. I reckon if the PL said that, Newcastle and Sunderland would quickly be find a way to abide by the rules.
