Tesla Service Center wasted my time today. 😡
I originally booked an appointment for 4/27 to take my car in and get 3 things serviced. They called me yesterday telling me if I could go in early like tomorrow (which is today). I was happy there was an opening so took my car in.
While I was checking in, they said “you’re here doing a wiper blades replacement and low-voltage battery replacement, correct?” I said “no, I also requested radiator cleaning and approved the estimated costs altogether.” They said, “I don’t think we can do radiator cleaning today because we are short handed.”
Radiator cleaning is the biggest service item out of all 3 that I want done. The other two would only take less than 10 min altogether from my experience with mobile service before.
They said I could get the other 2 done today and then come back for the radiator cleaning. I asked how long it’d take for the first two, they said 1.5-2 hours.
No, I’m not going to wait today and then come back another day to wait for another 2 hours for the radiator cleaning.
Ended up rescheduling everything back to my original appointment time and walked away not getting anything serviced today.
What a waste of time! Why didn’t they tell me this upfront when they asked if I could come in early? 😡😡😡

"The NBA has completed an investigation of the Sacramento Kings and Head Coach Doug Christie's decision to foul intentionally late in the team's game against the Golden State Warriors on April 7. The league's investigation determined that Christie mistakenly believed that the Warriors were not in the penalty and therefore instructed his team to foul in an attempt to stop the clock and utilize one of the team's remaining timeouts. The investigation found that Christie made no intentional effort to give the Warriors a shooting foul, or to cause the Kings to lose the game."
