Seeing the concussion ad reminds me, are @wftda doing research into a possible link between Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) and roller derby? From what I’ve read Derby is a high risk sport for CTE and considering it leads to dementia I’d appreciate some reassuring words

@boom_jude An exercise you might be able to do at home. Go to a pet store, buy a laser pointer. Stand a foot or so away from a blank wall facing it. get a friend to point the laser pointer around you on the wall, you have to try and tag the dot. Soft focus rather to dart eyes around.

@boom_jude there are exercise but they do require equipment and knowledge of how to use them. I was taught by the @OfficialDSA you might want to contact them.
