@ashtonshudson Only shit is PLA degrades really quickly especially when exposed to the elements. For durable parts use ABS. To lose your mind and abandon 3D printing, also use ABS 😮‍💨

3D printed a pool blush holder. Insane! 15 min of CAD in the evening, R15 of PLA, and installed!

@ashtonshudson Hard disagree. Bee stunts growth potential of non bee businesses. Family business that might have grown to be massive is now split to avoid 10m turnover. Inefficiencies result and less chance of becoming globally competitive in the end =unrealized economic growth

Removing BEE won’t have much effect on the economy. The problem with BEE is that it distracts us from policy changes that will help develop. We should be building infrastructure using kids fresh out of school to give them skills and experience they can use to start their lives

@ashtonshudson UK does this with bank holidays. A solid plan if you can decouple the significance of a date from the day off. It would probably work out better for all if you can choose to not work either on the Monday or the date day. Less disruptive, but then schools etc would have to pick

For the record. All I want is for the public holiday system to be refactored so that public holidays are always observed to the closest Monday or Friday. We also allow 1 extra religious leave day that can be taken whenever as long as you give at least 1 month notice.
