In preparation of advancing into the company’s new chapter, $GTVH management is working with legal counsel to finalize a letter of intent for the fist property acquisition of our veterans housing program. Our current trajectory to execute the LOI and announce it is the first week in May. In parallel to this, we are working with our note holder to finish closing out legacy issues and retire the note. To be clear the company will no longer take on toxic debt. Updates will be provide as both of these items progress.
