I don’t understand how I sent a tweet mentioning @PeterPanBus in regards to any of their buses I took (3 different ones when I had to transfer to) and NONE OF THEIR PHONE CHARGING PORTS WORKS!!!!!! 😡😡😡

@PeterPanBus why is it that I took 3 different buses on your fleet last week from July 22nd-July 24th an NONE OF THE BUSES had no working outlets so myself no or other passengers can charge they phone!!!! This makes me angry 😡!!!

@PeterPanBus how do you operate buses that have charging ports that DO NOT WORK? The bus I took from NYC to Providence, Ri, the bus I took from Providence to Hyannis, and the bus from Hyannis to Orleans, MA had no working charging ports!!!!

⁦@monicamoralestv⁩ ⁦@NYCHA⁩ without ANY WARNING NOR ANY NOTICE there is NO WATER!!!! When I called the customer contact center I was told there is a severe emergency and none of the buildings in my development have NO WATER. This is ridiculous!!!

⁦@monicamoralestv⁩ ⁦@NYCHA⁩ here we go again! This elevator goes constantly out of service and so far this month alone it’s happened at least 3-4 times. 😡

⁦@monicamoralestv⁩ ⁦@NYCHA⁩ once again the same elevator breaks down (about 5-6 times within a month)!!!! And this time there is NO NOTICE posted!!!!! This needs to be fixed correctly ASAP and not doing a “bandaid” fix on it 🤬

@ExtendedStay I have a reservation for today but I will not be getting to the hotel after 7pm.

@LonnieQuinnTV it’s only February and I saw 2 Mr. Softee Ice Cream trucks while I was walking coming home from work (and this in the Bronx).

@monicamoralestv @NYCHA you got to be kidding me right! The elevator allegedly has been out or service for 3 hours and I get an email 3 hours later!!!! What about the people that go to work at night (like myself once a week)? This is RIDICULOUS 🤬

@NYCTBus This happens basically every single time I take the bus to/from work 4-5 days a week. I take two buses each way and instead of getting charged $5.50 round trip I get charged $11.00

@MTA I use the OMNY system to pay my fare to take the bus to and from work. I have been getting charged $2.75 for taking one bus and another $2.75 when I transfer another bus. This has happened this week. And I’m wrong in saying that I’m not supposed to pay for a free transfer?

⁦@monicamoralestv⁩ I saw one of your posts on Facebook last week in regards to doors of some NYCHA buildings being broken/wide open/broken locks. Well…this is the door to my building which has been broken for MONTHS!

⁦@MTA⁩ this service exit at the 174th-175th train (the exit for 175th and the Grand Concourse) station on the D line has been open like this for a few days now (possibly longer).

@NYCTBus And why I spoke to someone they had no idea what they were talking about! And instead of getting charged $2.75 for one bus and supposedly getting a free transfer to another bus (using the same debit card) to/from work I get charged $11.00 instead of $5.50 and I’m mad 😡

@MTA I use the OMNY pay with the same debit card, and I’m supposed to get a free transfer from one bus to another right? So why do I get charged 4 times in one day when I only take one bus and transfer to another bus when I go to/from work? I am being overcharged for no reason!!

@NYCTBus Ok because I have been using the same debit card to pay my fare. I have only taken 4 rides to and from work in 2 days (which should only cost me $5.50) and the bus one day (which should cost me ($2.75). I am being charged for 10 rides instead of 5.
