U cant withdraw token before specific condition are met... For example a new proposal to unlock token number xyz from these wallet. ✌️✅

@coinbaron Yes, the vesting/mint/print (whatever u want to call it) starts but the wallet is locked, cdc cant withdraw the tokens to another wallet yet... thats an escrow wallet how it is mentioned in the blog post 🙏

It was also my original believe, but the 5 years already started.
You can check it in the screenshot by looking at what's still vesting and what's available.
