@BrightHorizons I’ve been on hold a total of 3.5 hours over the last three days trying to cancel my in home backup care reservation so someone else can take it and no one ever picks up the phone. When I try to use the website it says I need to call and won’t let me log in.

Hey @AirbnbHelp, I’ve now been told both over DM and over email to go through the process that is being offered up in the app to reset my account. I don’t know what other way to say “I can’t do that because as soon as I enter the verification code I’m sent back to step 1.”
