Here are some emails that I received from Molly Gore ("Pam Gibson") and Igor Vamos ("Michael Smith") as part of the "prank" show that CBC/APTN will be airing. This is how they were communicating with me

Alarming assessment from veteran columnist @VaughnPalmer, consistent with my own long-stated concerns: 👀 “Eby reminded him of a guy emerging from a hostage-taking and reading a statement prepared by his captors.” 🚨 “Already the province has learned that it cannot amend its own laws without the consent of First Nations.” ⚠️ “As for the premier, I have to think that Sunday was the day he discovered who was really running this province — and it was not David Eby.” I’ve been warning that our democracy is at risk for years. THIS is what I was talking about. Had enough? Join me: WinForBC.ca

“A very real threat” if he doesn’t obey the Chiefs says David Eby. What about the very real threat of 90% of B.C. land base being considered “unceded” by First Nations with overlapping title claims? Buddy, we're already in the worst-case scenario

I just got off the Mike Smyth show and I’m going to say it straight. The firejohnrustad.ca website and the smear mailer that went out in the final weeks of the 2024 election? Elections BC just confirmed it was BC United behind it and fined them $4,500. When it first appeared I figured it had to be the NDP. Never in a million years did I think it was coming from the leadership of BC United. But it was. This wasn’t some rogue operation. This was a straight-up failure of leadership at the top. Kevin Falcon was the leader. Caroline Elliott was the vice-president for some time and his sister-in-law. Both of them now say they knew nothing about it. Mark Werner, their campaign manager, says the same. Come on. I’ve run campaigns. You don’t spend that kind of money on a slick, professional hit job without the leader and the senior team knowing exactly what’s going on. Saying “I knew nothing” is simply not credible. We lost the chance to form government by just three seats, some ridings by 22 votes. This kind of thing matters. The BC Conservative Party has to be better than this. We need real leadership and real accountability, not excuses from people who let this happen on their watch. That’s what I told Mike. That’s what I believe. — John Rustad

To every Conservative member and supporter: keep your eyes open. Demand real transparency from every leadership candidate. Ask them where their loyalty truly lies, with the old guard in the backrooms, or with the people of British Columbia who want lower taxes, safer streets, and an end to NDP mismanagement.
