To the $RDAC and Jirasan community, Over the past few days, there’s been a lot of chats and tweets, some valid, some harsh, and some completely far from the truth. As the founder and CEO, I want to address this and take full responsibility for the decisions made and the gaps that have formed. Since the early days of 2021, our approach has always been simple: spend lean, aim high. That mindset worked when we were operating on a smaller scale with a 333 NFT collection, but have to admit, it wasn’t the right strategy as we scaled up in a publicly demanding web 3 environment. With just 6 full-time team members and a rotating staff of short and mid term contractors, we’ve been significantly understaffed. Many of us have worn multiple hats, trying to do fit to each role and while the intent has always been good, it stretched us too thin. Over the past year, we tried to incubate and support 14+ products. In hindsight, this was overly ambitious with the size and structure of our team. This has impacted communication, delivery, and management across the board. We’ve all been pulling in 14–16 hour workdays including most weekends, trying to make up for the lack of bandwidth and even then, we couldn’t plug all the gaps. Despite realising this few months back we still believed we could pull it off but we couldn't. More importantly, we also learned that just having a long runway or capital isn’t enough if operations aren't optimised. This isn’t me making excuses, just being transparent with where things stand and why some of you feel a disconnect between what we’re doing and what you expected. We’ve been operating at full capacity, but clearly, our best so far hasn’t been good enough. We’re making severe changes: across management, dev, marketing, and operations. We are restructuring teams, building dedicated Web2 and Web3 marketing arms (until now, this was run by 1 full time and 1 part time person for the entire ecosystem), and realigning our roadmap towards a laser focused product and goal: a $100M market cap by end of 2026 - driven by real revenue and product traction. And yes that includes re-evaluating my role too. While I’ve always been deeply hands-on with BD, community, and product direction, it’s become clear that being a great BD or community lead doesn’t automatically make me the best CEO for this stage of growth. That’s something I’m actively reflecting on and part of the restructuring is about putting the right people in the right roles, including leadership. This is not a fun project for us. It’s never been. I know few comments have been like “they’ve made their money and don’t care,” “slow-rugging $RDAC,” “team dumping” but that is far far from the truth. Unlike many projects that burn through millions in the first 2 months to create short term hype and buyback, only to close shop right after, we chose a different path. We’ve stayed lean. Even now, the only capital being used for $RDAC buybacks comes from real revenue $50-60K/2 weeks from KUMU and not treasury. Last week alone, we bought and burned 0.5% of $RDAC supply, and this will continue. With the roadmap reset, acquisitions underway, and a growing revenue, we’re aiming for a more aggressive 2-year execution window, not a multi-year slow grind. That runway gives us the fuel we need to move faster and scale smarter and with accountability at the center. We are not brushing off criticism and call them FUD blindly. A lot of it has been fair. We’ve been in the space long enough to know when we’re being called out . And today, after months of firefighting, I can finally say I feel excited again. There’s clarity now. We’ve stopped trying to do everything at once and are back to being sharp and intentional. For those who’ve stuck with us because you believe in us, we are grateful. For those who have supported us for months or even years but have lost that trust recently, I understand, and I’m personally committed to winning it back through real results, not words. The cleanup has already started. Only those with high accountability will remain on the team. Only those who can execute and deliver, regardless of past titles or associations, will be hired.

@jp_mullin888 @Airdrops_one I genuinely believed in the project and staked OM last year before the mainnet as a form of commitment and investment. I was even planning to stake my airdrop and staking rewards. However, I struggle to understand these repeated postponements.

Removing all personalities or feelings: Objectively these 2 posts 👇from @jp_mullin888 give you the real deal. And it’s been very consistent. We just collectively failed to see through it. It’s not about staking with Validator, doing missions or quests. That’s engagement, amplification - call it marketing, even. And it’s so much easier to discount / be wishy washy with CT users. While important - they are a different class of a (potential) user. The stakeholders are out there but it’s likely from earlier version of Mantra (before Cosmos). They are not waiting for GenDrop, at least not in the same sense as someone doing Galxe quests is. The real target users and clients of Mantra are probably not even onchain yet - let alone CT. GenDrop is a tiny speck on the eventual horizon and roadmap for what the team has planned. This is not a big deal in the big picture. GenDrop will happen. It just doesn’t have to reward a different class of users at the expense of holders - as far as the team is concerned. It’s their Airdrop. And we are all free to ignore them. Criticize them. Or cheer them on. And they are free to keep changing the rules as long as it suits them. Thank you for your service and for creating enough buzz, stats and Txs. 🫡

By the way, just to drop a stat… there were 80K wallets who never linked from EVM to mainnet. That was nearly 25% of the total eligible amount who simply didn’t follow the basic instructions required to claim later on…
