250 years ago, a nation was born. Now, thousands are walking across it... asking God to save it. 🇺🇸 In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, the 2026 National Eucharistic Pilgrimage will carry the theme: “One Nation Under God.” Organizers say the goal is to invite people to place their lives, families, and country back under the authority of Christ through prayer, repentance, and devotion to the Holy Eucharist. The pilgrimage is expected to begin near St. Augustine, Florida, where the first Catholic Mass was celebrated on what is now U.S. soil. From there, pilgrims will travel along the East Coast through several of the original colonies, stopping at important Catholic and historical sites including Baltimore, the first Catholic diocese in the United States, and Boston. The pilgrimage will end in Philadelphia during the Fourth of July weekend, marking 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Organizers are encouraging people to join in person when possible, or spiritually through prayer, fasting, Adoration, and sacrifices offered for the renewal of the country. At a time when so many people feel divided, anxious, and spiritually lost, thousands of Catholics publicly following Jesus in the Eucharist across the nation is getting a lot of attention. 💬 Do you think America needs a spiritual renewal rooted in God again? No one. No man, not even the gates of hell shall prevail against it. I stand with the Catholic Church and I am honored to be part of the persecuted body of Christ. This quote matters because Jesus Himself promised that His Church would never be destroyed. In Matthew 16:18, He told Saint Peter that “the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” For over 2,000 years, the Catholic Church has been attacked, mocked, betrayed by sinners within it, and persecuted from outside it. Yet she still stands. But we also need to be honest. Scandals are real. Sin inside the Church is real. Every Catholic is a sinner in need of God’s mercy. So stop judging the Catholic Church by her Judas figures. Judge her by her fruit. Look at the saints, martyrs, missionaries, mothers, priests, and ordinary faithful people who gave their lives for Christ. Look at the hospitals, orphanages, schools, confessions, conversions, and souls brought back to God through the Church. The Church is holy and infallible in her teaching because Christ is holy, not because every member is perfect. And where the Sacraments are, especially the Holy Eucharist, there His Church remains. Real faith becomes visible when following Christ costs you something. 💬 Would you still stand with the Church if the whole world told you not to? A lot of people are struggling silently with faith right now. Sometimes one post can help someone hold on.

The Father of Jesus Christ is God the Father. The father of the Jews is the devil. ““Abraham is our father,” they [Jews] answered. “If you were Abraham’s children,” said Jesus, “then you would do what Abraham did. As it is, you are looking for a way to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. Abraham did not do such things.  You are doing the works of your own father.” “We are not illegitimate children,” they protested. “The only Father we have is God himself.” Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I have come here from God. I have not come on my own; God sent me. Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say. You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.” John 8:40-44

In 1517, the Reformers stood together against the Catholic Church. By 1529 - just 12 years later - they were already scattering. It wasn't a slow erosion; it was an immediate fracture. If the movement was truly "of the Lord," why did it shatter so quickly? Since that moment at Marburg, the "scattering" has never stopped. We have splintered into over 45,000 denominations and counting. Every time a new leader claims a "new revelation," another fragment breaks off. At what point does a movement stop being a witness to Truth and start being a monument to ego? "Surely they shall gather, but if their gathering is not of the Lord, they shall scatter"

Someone said he would rather die an infidel than become a Muslim any day. And honestly… maybe we should ask what kind of Muslims he has been exposed to for him to see Islam as something that bad. Because sometimes people are not rejecting Islam itself. They are rejecting the behaviour, hypocrisy, extremism, and arrogance they saw from Muslims.

The opposite of pride isn’t shame — it’s humility. In June, the world celebrates pride. Catholics celebrate the Sacred Heart of Jesus, who was meek and humble of heart. Which one actually brings peace? "Learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart" (Mt 11:29)

Catholics, I have an important question and I just want us to discuss. Jesus chose Peter. Peter appointed Linus. Linus appointed Anacletus, and so on in the early Roman Church tradition. Now the question is this; In the early Church, succession seemed to happen while the previous bishop was still alive or at least within the same living memory of the Church community. But in our current day and age, the Pope is always dead before a new Pope is chosen. So, what exactly changed along the line? Why does the process of choosing a new Pope look different from how it started in the early Church? Catholics, I want to hear your thoughts this is strictly for educational purpose.

the problem of psychological modernity ———————— freudian psychoanalysis does not function alone as a theoretical framework, it is an intellectual movement that has played a role in defining the cultural architecture of the modern age. the traditional moral foundations that were created by religious orders & sustained through communal life were gradually replaced by an ethos that optimize the therapeutic comfort of the individual. freudian psychoanalytic theory helped exacerbate this through the examination that suffering should be interpreted & decoded rather than moralized in order to understand human behavior. what has occurred as a result was a divide, between that of the psychological man and the religious man. the psychological man is regulated by subjective experience, internal processes, & self-perception. whereas the religious man is situated within an independent sacred order. the emphasis on unconscious motivations weakens a “parental” order in addition to over-pathologizing human experience. the subjective experience then assumes primacy over the objective reality of the group.
