Despite her pleadings otherwise, there is no doubt, in my view, she took the pandemic as an opportunity to behave as if Scotland was already an independent country. If not that far, it was certainly seen as an opportunity to make constant political gain.

Watching Nicola Sturgeon & others from the Scottish Government at the Covid Inquiry shows her leadership style bordering on autocratic despite wanting it to be seen as transformational or visionary.

@MarinaPurkiss The way Labour cut waiting was to buy more chairs. This enabled them to see you! Then move to another waiting area somewhere else. This lasted as many hours as was needed to massage the figures

@theJeremyVine Absolutely right Jeremy, should not be using a phone in that way. Indeed, full attention should be given to driving even in a queue. Funny how that applies to car drivers but cyclists can look around them as they please. Of course you will say you were stopped.

@theJeremyVine It’s not I have an issue with you pointing these things out. You should be admired as a champion for cyclists. However, it’s the unbalanced view you give of drivers being the devil incarnate & cyclists angels. Educate drivers by all means but do also educate cyclists as well.
