Any cardiologist who actually has tried to titrate FOUR different meds AND managed to convince their patients to take all 4 of them WHILE not having random side effects that may or may not be related to these meds AND their patients don’t hate having to take FOUR meds ALONG with all their other meds…. Deserves an award.
