@steps_enslin Good day. Fluidra's warranty doesn't cover plumbing. Pump must be installed with unions for easy removal/access to avoid delays. Installer had to remove pump for Fluidra to inspect. Arriving late will be internally addressed. We apologize for the inconvenience. Regards. Sandra

@FluidraSA Please pray that you dont have to deal with this provider. Swmming pool pump faulty under warranty. They cannot undo pipes to repair motor is excuse when they arrive on site a day late. Then cannot fix it when pump is removed because they are booked until Wednesday.

@FluidraSA Maybe when first contact is made with customer this should be communicated to him so that he knows. Not wait 4 days and then be informed when on site. Then just leave site.
