judged at @ETHGlobal new delhi today. congrats to the team on pulling off a massive feat and fest of 1600 devs and some standout PoCs 🫶 just one advice for all my builder and hacker friends: focus as much on selling your product right as much you do on building it. couple of them today only became interesting tbh once their premise became clear which i had to ask for because they straight up started talking about the tech they’ve built. a simple pitch consisting of answers to: 1. what problem are you solving for? 2. what insight led you to that problem? 3. what’s your solution (tech + demo) 4. what is its novelty / usp? 5. why are the chains / tools you’re using to built it the best for that solution? would go a long way in your journey of going from a dev with a whacky idea to a founder with long term vision!
