@mehdirhasan @JoJoFromJerz I don’t get this American obsession with blaming Fauci. Nearly every other country in the world had lockdowns and masks and we’ve all moved on. Maybe some policies were right and some were an over- reaction but they were pursued in good faith in an attempt to save lives.

@kodywsmith All I’ll say is watching this movie in theaters at that time was transcendent. I literally cried. The movie definitely doesn’t fully hold up on rewatch . It’s definitely more of a ride than a film at some points. But it still works for me. Also has a really satisfying ending

In my opinion, Christopher Nolan made the worst casting choice and I spent quite a bit of energy complaining about it.
That was in 2008 and I was so unbelievably wrong. Ever since, I have never complained about the casting if I haven’t seen the movie.
