@Jeff_Ermann #1 - not AJ or BYU's fault that their other NBA draft pick tore his ACL during season; and #2 - you have no idea what BYU paid AJ. No one does. Just speculation. BYU sold out ~every game this year and drew tons of eyeballs and signed another 5 star. Bad take.

I received my BULLBAR 2.0 at the end of November 2025. I have used it 5-6 times/week now, for nearly three months. It is perfect. I had a very small issue with one of the four locking buttons. Not a big deal - it just did not want to click. Well, Mike responded to my email IMMEDIATELY and walked me through how to correct it (a quarter turn with a screwdriver!). His response time made a great impression on me. But what made it even better was, a few days later, I received a box from BULLBAR with a replacement mechanism, "just in case!" What? Who DOES that? They really care at BULLBAR and you will not be sorry you bought this product. I have shown this to friends who are now looking at buying their own. Thank you BULLBAR. Tom M

People will spend a big chunk of their life saying they don’t have time for the gym when in all reality they never needed the gym. Buy a pull-up bar and do pull-ups and push-ups and get lots of steps in per day and you’ll be great fitness wise!

@CaseyMericle @DallasAptGP That is true. AI is still evolving. But twitter is declining rapidly in my opinion. It used to be a place where people posted knowledge. Now, it's people posting about vacations and food orders because they are trying to keep up with "2 posts per day" but are out of content.

@collinsworth55 I still think this could come back to bite both Utah and BYU. Wittingham could make a strong case to bring Jay Hill with him to Michigan which would hurt. Whitt could also bring the best of his current staff to Michigan and leave Morgan scrambling to fill gaps. I guess we'll see.

Provo / Orem is the first rental market in UT of size to register any type of rental rate recovery in at least 2 years. Supply/Demand metrics are shifting fast. SLC is next.

@joeybaum13 Denver is in bad shape and they didn't deliver more supply than UT on an adjusted for population basis. Utah just has a great environment for business and unmatched outdoor access. But please let me know who is keeping their product at 93-95%. Wow!

@stevealfandre It has been a grind. Demand has been been off the charts despite the supply glut. seasoned UT operators still are able to keep existing product occupied at 93-95%. glad I'm not in Denver though..
