@dutweets I've provided full details through 4 formal complaints (CIT-042026-230207, CIT-052026-234201, CIT-052026-236930, CCT-052026-346620). This matter is now with TDRA. Please escalate to your regulatory response team, not generic customer service.

When I asked for billing adjustment (since your own agent confirmed my usage dropped due to the issue), response was: "Even manager won't approve it" "If you want to cancel go ahead" Nearly 10 years. Clean payment history. THIS is customer service? @du_UAE @tdrauae
