@duCares after 10 years as your customer I'm shocked by the treatment I've received Network issue confirmed by YOUR technician in April still unresolved 4 complaints closed without fixing anything Agent hung up on me. TDRA complaint filed. Is this how you treat loyal customers?

When I asked for billing adjustment (since your own agent confirmed my usage dropped due to the issue), response was: "Even manager won't approve it" "If you want to cancel go ahead" Nearly 10 years. Clean payment history. THIS is customer service? @du_UAE @tdrauae
