BTW, regarding the Delta crash yesterday. First responders did a great job. However the communications from Pearson and @AirCanada was full of mixed messages and disorganized. The airport terminals were full on chaos. A far different experience from what you saw on the news.

So I'm continuing my two-plus hours on hold with @AirCanada at a hotel this morning. In total, probably spent TEN hours on the phone waiting to speak with someone since Sunday, plus many hours in line at Pearson.

Okay so a little update on our trip back from Dallas. Landed in Toronto on Sunday morning. Flight scheduled to leave at 2:45 PM. Boarded around 2:15 PM. No catering on the plane so we waited for three-plus hours at the gate until the flight ended up being cancelled at 6 PM.

That PowerSchool breach is likely about as “contained” as a fart on a plane. The @gnspes email address on this phishing attempt is from a grade 12 student at Amherst Regional High School. That’s @CCRCE_NS. Maybe more affected than just @CBVRCE_NS. @nseducation
