@WilliamMercer82 @AmericanAir We have been at airport all day. I called 2 times to get help and no help was provided nor would they put me on another flight even though I am executive platinum. My friends flew out no problem. Worst customer service to knowingly leave your customers stranded like this

@AmericanAir what a total waste of Day in Santa FE. Was supposed to be on 10:00 AM to Dallas, now won’t get home till 9:00 PM due to maintenance issues on the plane. You have become a disgraceful airlines.
