Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy will lead the new ‘Department of Government Efficiency’ or DOGE for short. According to Trump, the department will "dismantle Government Bureaucracy, slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures, and restructure Federal Agencies". Dividing the role between Elon and another person seems like an obvious power play from Trump, who probably doesn't want to give up too much power to one of his biggest donors. There's also a clear conflict of interest with Elon leading companies that have landed lucrative government contracts in the last years. While running for the Republican presidency, previously Soros-funded Vivek promised to eliminate the FBI, the Department of Education and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. He's been previously accused of "questionable stock trade patterns" and some have even claimed he performed a so-called pump-and-dump operation with their Alzheimer drug that failed to deliver. Elon has shown admiration for the Argentinian president Javier Milei, who's cut Argentina's public spending massively. The two have met at least twice.

In 2020 Joe Biden got 81 million votes and Trump got just under 75 million. In 2024 Trump has just under 75 million votes while Kamala Harris has 71 million. So there are 10 million Biden voters who didn’t show up in 2024. Did they just stay home? Or did they never exist?
