I guess AARO isn’t cutting it. agreed. Excessive secrecy gets in the way of public transparency. But starting a new effort within the Government will only be met w/ the same level of secrecy without transparency. We need to work on that - not changing acronyms of the cover up.

Memory recall plays a significant role in using language to explain conscious experience, but the brain is playing chemical catch-up with what essentially already transpired and is attempting to explain what happened. Nothing is preordained, rather it’s dependent upon preexisting chemical and physical conditions present in the internal and external environments.
