@TAZ33254 @TimRyan All statements I believe. AND, if tariffs were to be a vehicle for change they should be implemented with planning, and strategically—not shotgun. You know this. US manufacturing can’t just turn on for all industries and all products overnight.

@TimRyan Do you like: the U.S. worker? U.S. manufacturing? The U.S. having a secure supply chain? The environment? If the answer is yes to all 4, then you have to be honest & admit that the U.S. consumer has enjoyed artificially suppressed price of goods...something has to give.

There are certain laws of economics that are as certain as other laws of nature. Reducing the workforce and randomly putting tariffs on all products will lead to price increases for consumers. No political theater can turn that around. Sad that working people will be worse off.

A US buyer of foreign goods is paying a tax to the US government. I have no idea what the long term effects of tariffs will be, but it is important for Americans to understand what tariffs are.

This is great news. It's also about 5 years later than it should be. I was told in 2019 it couldn't be done for less than $500 a season. $90 is less than $500. FYI. Another example of how poorly run and myopic Os organization was under previous ownership -- especially MASN.
