When it comes to football I think the problem is the opposite actually.
For example - player was raised in England, plays for England youth team, plays for English academy - but all of a sudden represents another country that are loosely connected through by grandparents because they can’t get in the team they want

Harry Maguire, who is English and Northern Irish… … has been demographically replaced in the England World Cup team by an African named ‘Addji Keaninkin Marc-Israel Guéh’ born in Ivory Coast. What’s the point in a ‘national’ football team if someone who is NOT from that nation can join? Maguire should play for England. Guéh should play for Ivory Coast. Common sense. I’m sure Maguire isn’t even allowed to contest this decision because, as his shirt says in the photo below, ‘no room for racism’.

Last week I decided to throw my support behind @AndyBurnhamGM for leadership of the Labour Party and on to PM.
But I cannot do that now that I find out he says Transwomen. IE men. Should be allowed to use the ladies toilets. I can never support anyone that does this.
