@benjamincowen Be smarter, Ben. Hard to believe you either don’t understand how tariffs work and/or didn’t even take the time to look it up. The way the tariffs were implemented on US importers of foreign goods was illegal so any tariffs paid by these importers have to be refunded.

@CryptoBullet1 True but this recent move to channel resistance looks different from the others. While we’ve rejected a bit from $78K, it’s been a steady grind up since early April and it’s not an immediate hard dump like we’ve seen before. It’s a wait and see game from here.

$BTC 3D update So here we are - testing my $78k Major Resistance Level I'm not surprised by this as I was the first one to mention this scenario back in early February 💁♂️ 👉 $78k is a very serious Resistance Level, but if the bears are trapped in high lev shorts, we'll smash through the resistance to liquidate them (remember the $6k Resistance in 2019?) From the TA perspective the next Horizontal Resistance is at $85-86k 📍

From April 20, businesses can file claims through a new Customs system to recover duties paid under emergency powers. Courts found only Congress can impose tariffs, forcing the rollback. Over 330,000 importers across 53 million shipments may be eligible. Once approved, refunds—plus interest—should arrive within 60–90 days, though complex cases may take longer. Officials warn the process will be massive and complex, but payments will go directly to the businesses that originally paid.
