It would be helpful for those who’ve signed up for a Cup Season Ticket to share what the club told them was required to become a full Season Ticket holder. We also need to remember that the Ticket Office is under serious pressure due to the widespread cuts—it’s not their fault, but rather the result of years of poor management from top to bottom at the club. That said, like it or not, we’re paying customers of a business that’s providing a service—and the club needs to recognise that and deliver the standard of service we all have a right to expect. If you’re someone who’s been offered a full Season Ticket after holding a Cup Season Ticket, could you please share what—if anything—you were told about the criteria for becoming a full Season Ticket Holder? @johnludds I had to stay home, exams at uni, watched it with my mum, but my best mate Wilko, who has season ticket next to me, did the 24-hr coach trip. So happy for us but I was so happy for him above all - we didn't share the moment but we've shared United for a lifetime before and since.
