Dear ladies never forget that: The same world that shames me for being a single mother also shames you for not being a mother and shames another woman for having too many children..lt shames one woman for having a child at the age of 19 because she's too young but also shames another for having at 36 because she's too old..lt shames a woman who marries young as well as the one who marries old..It shames women who don't have beautiful bodies and shames those who go under the knife to get the bodies. This world shames all women, not a single one of us is spared, not a single one. So love and make yourselves happy.

Vaccines aren’t necessarily as safe as we’re told. They swore COVID vaccines were safe. Later they changed and acknowledged they weren’t. We’re told MMR vaccines are safe for children but are they? If you care about your infants, fertility and future children read on and share.🧵

Folks, thousands of you have sent me this!! Well, I will simply repeat what I told you at this time in 2023 & 2024. THIS IS A SCAM. The purpose is to extract money from the Treasury for personal gain. The effect is to steal the future of young Ugandans. IT IS NOT ABOUT COFFEE. Otherwise we would be supporting those who produce it. But as you can see in the image from Lwengo, we have been abandoned to the vagaries of nature. They have not paid the arrears of nursery operators whose amounts are very much less. Farmers are struggling to access planting materials. I can go on. The insult added to this injury was delivered in the dismantling of UCDA, the only outfit that served coffee farmers & replaced with nothing. It has given free rein to con artists. Just so you know, a good chunk of this UGX 60bn has been spent on Tanzanian musician Diamond Platinumz ($200k) & an American actor, Tyrese Gibson($500k). Another chunk will be wasted on a hopeless marathon in Ntungamo. Then the bulk will be blown on another joke they are calling a coffee festival. Some more will be thrown away on endless foreign travel. The rest will vanish into private accounts. If it hasn’t already🤣 With stuff like this, one feels like giving up. But if we do, they win. It may appear hopeless but it is not. We must give voice to our grievance. One way you can do this is to share this in your circles. Ask your parents to explain why public funds are being taken away from investment in public good to funding private interests. This works. My own son who is keen on our coffee business keeps asking me why we are wasting time with the coffee farm with all this that is happening. Each time he does so, I am forced to reflect on these scams & how bad they are for Uganda. We will not give in

Ntungamo-based businessman Nelson Tugume has been given an additional Shs 60 bn to market Uganda's coffee abroad and offset the costs of running his coffee value-addition facility. @BbegMedia bbegmedia.com/parliament-giv…

4. It is expensive. It does not matter the woman's economic status, your economic weight must be felt. I see men thinking It is easier when the woman is wealthier but it is worse when she earns more, because for the weight to be felt, you will have to dig deep, brother.

Throwing it back to the launch of the project on human rights in business in Uganda. In case you missed it, this project focuses on supporting women and children in business and human rights environment in Uganda, business actors and Gov't ministries especially those earnmarked to ensure the effective implementation of the National Action Plan. This project is funded by the European Union, with implementation by Enabel, the Ministry of Gender, Labour, and other civil society partners. As we all know, women in business face unique challenges such as inequality and safety concerns, among others. For example, is your business environment harassment-free? And when it comes to maternal rights, how can we ensure that women thrive both professionally and personally? Such initiatives aim to educate everyone about these important human rights. Look out for these activities in areas of the: Albertine region (Hoima, Kikuube, Masindi, Buliisa, and Kiryadongo districts),Busoga region (Mayuge, Iganga, Bugiri, and Bugweri districts),Kampala Metropolitan region (Kampala, Wakiso, and Mukono districts). #EnablingChange @EUinUG @RRightsAfrica @EnabelinUganda @Mglsd_UG

After getting a better mechanic, I now enjoy my car. Imagine having mob responsibilities, and you have a budget of not less than 1M just for the car every month and after a week, it reports another issue. I wasted over 7M. Imagine being charged for parts that don’t have issues.

You keep pursuing it. It goes under the table, you follow it there. Wherever it’s hiding, it’s you to keep chasing the opportunity. You have the task of not getting tired. #MeetThePresident
