Quick Q: Property with Ground Floor Commercial and First Floor Residential - Will a normal Residential mortgage pass if a buyer wants to buy as a home? (my guess no and I want to be wrong) We understand one LR Title but two UPRNs trying to establish more on if a second LR Title is somewhere. Normal checks not showing anything.
