@MayorofLondon Rents have shot up because you & M. Gove together make being a landlord almost impossible. Landlords are giving up in their droves & a rent freeze won’t sort that out. The hard to swallow fact is, if you want rental properties build them yourself or be nicer to landlords.

I’ve banked with @HSBC_UK for over 45 years but today was the final straw when they refused to accept an @HSBC_US cheque from one of my other @HSBC accounts in London. Trying to pay an @HSBC cheque issued by @HSBC into @HSBC and they refused. Game over…

@HSBC_UK I was treated badly but nothing compared to the wheelchair user your staff refused to help in one of your largest branches. How much do you think his taxi cost? How hard do you think it was to come to a branch? Just to be sent home to wait for a letter then come back again?

@HSBC_UK If you’re looking to identify me I was standing next to the disabled person in a wheelchair who arrived by taxi because he needed money from his account. Your staff refused to help him & sent him home to wait two weeks for a card pin. Then comeback. He had all his ID. Disgusting
