I agree with you, but players need to see themselves as a brand. Even when clubs aren’t getting things right, they should do everything possible to push themselves. At the end of the day, the biggest beneficiary isn’t the club, it’s you. Structure aside, mindset is everything.
Chibueze Obasi Uka@COBASI_UKA

@_jaydtalker Clubs have a major responsibility in shaping this mindset. Players are not just individuals, they are extensions of the club’s brand. If clubs want players to connect better with fans and carry themselves as performers, then that standard has to be clearly defined and enforced.

@kinglabi_ You are right, but you don't need big pitches to teach tactical games. SSG help build and mould players better. Every training session should include SSG

Good point, my coach talking about Nigeria players,Do you know that if we have a good pitch for our grassroots players, these are just minor issues for them? I don’t know if I make sense.
Itodo Joshua Peter (Ambassador)@stjooosh

@kinglabi_ Basics, they lack good touch, positioning, movement, rotation, discipline and have no insight about tactics. Tactics is not for coaches only; but for Player's. They think skills is what scouts look for.

@Tomisin_Alasiri Is hard for grassroot players and our league players to sign here. But they prefer their own. National Cap, can be considered and depend on the Agent representing you

@QueenEJay88 @Tomisin_Alasiri Hardly any Nigerian can come here and sign, most are not prepared, lacks basics. Even the once signed haven't gotten a chance to fixture. Depends on the Agent representing you before you can sign and you have to be National team cap or have lots of time playing in Europe B4

When you think you’ve traveled and about to start your professional football journey, that’s when the battle just starts again. It’s a different ball game entirely. New coaches, New adaptations, the weather, the tactics, settling in the dressing room, settling with your teammates, your language adaptations if they don’t speak your native language. Your residency status. All these affects whether you succeed or not. The Waka no easy Btw, I missed a glorious chance in that picture.

It's a shame NPFL is asking clubs to send the list of goalscorers from the start of the season. This is an aberration 😄

@QualityQuadry @CoachDan_Ijabal @FidelisILE How many of our NPFL team can play the current style of play? Before the NPFL player's can integrate Eagles, all need to have the same system of play; so that when they are called for National team, adapting will be easy. European teams are doing it. U10-Senior team play same

🚨 Eric Chelle took them to CHAN and DESTROY them. The same team that qualified for the CHAN tournament ahead of Ghana with exciting football under @CoachDan_Ijabal and @FidelisILE can't be that poor at CHAN. Eric was not part of the process during qualifiers but immediately the team qualified, he went to the camp using the player for experiment and started playing them out of positions. He did the same thing at the CHAN event and we expect the players to win the CHAN trophy 🏆? We are not sincere and fair to the NPFL players. He DESTROYED the players with AK47 formation.
Banky G 🎤⚽@BankyGee_

Baba you go die this agenda, Éric Chelle is a smart coach. The NPFL players are not built for intense football, they will FOLD, they've always shown it. When he got appointed as Super Eagles coach, he worked with a handful of NPFL players (not even at the CHAN at the time), he worked with Sodiq Alexander-Arnold at the Unity Cup, he worked with Sikiru Alimi too at the Unity Cup, he worked with Papa Daniels too at the Unity Cup. None of them impressed. I could remember Sodiq being overran and licked by some Jamaican kid wingers. Éric Chelle did this to let everybody see that he has done his part, but the players didn't do theirs. He still took a bunch of them to the CHAN AFCON, they were disgraced 4–0 by Sudan, lost 1–0 to Senegal, played like amateurs. Them stain Chelle white agbada. If the intensity and quality of the NPFL does not increase by a mile, 90% of those players will fold if they play for the Super Eagles. Develop the league first, compete and go far in the CAF Champions League first, then we can talk about NPFL players playing for the Super Eagles.

@QualityQuadry @CoachDan_Ijabal @FidelisILE What's the difference from the CHAN system of play to that of Super Eagles style of play? The world is playing the same style everywhere, is Ijabal and Fidelis not part of the CHAN coaching crew? The problem is the quality of our CHAN Eagles is not good enough for that style

@kinglabi_ Maybe is for your own good. If you believe, you can beat them. Don't be scared. High press with mid-block, you will beat them. Take charge over the game. Make your attacker very aggressive and make them play long balls. let your defence be active but defend with hybrid marking

75% of scouts say they'd take the coachable kid over the more talented one. Parents spend years focusing on technique. Teach your child to take feedback without sulking. That's the real cheat code for getting scouted.
