@peterjfoti @jxnlco You get all of your trained words in Codex so you no longer need to pay for Wispr Flow. Although I prefer using something entirely on device so it isn't subject to server lag that invariably happens.

Import the Wispr Flow dictionary into Codex! Wispr Flow stores its learned dictionary in a local SQLite database on macOS: ```text ~/Library/Application Support/Wispr Flow/flow.sqlite ``` Just tell codex to make sure to merge them with the existing `dictationDictionary` field in config.toml

The models got good enough a while ago. What hasn't caught up is everything we built back when smart was expensive. Job titles, team sizes, the shape of a company itself. That's the part nobody's ready for. Not the AI. The furniture around it.

When my business picks up, I think: "Let's buy land & machines." "Let's hire more people." "Let's expand." Then suddenly things slow down. We think: "Good thing we didn't spend the money." But maybe that's backwards. Maybe it slowed down because we didn't expand. So what is it: Build first, then grow? Or grow first, then build? Every time business takes off, I have this argument with myself.
