
It has been 15 days today that I have been unable to trade on my funded account, and I still have not received my payout.
I provided evidence showing that the IP address change was due to switching from my Wi-Fi connection to mobile data, which uses dynamic IP addresses. I even sent a video recording demonstrating how the IP address changes occur. Yet, up to now, there has been complete silence from your support team.
We trusted you and believed that you were different from others. However, I cannot understand or justify why it takes more than two weeks to verify my account.
