At a time when millions of Americans are finding it harder to pay for groceries, housing and healthcare, when the climate crisis is causing record heatwaves and forest fires, Donald Trump felt it appropriate tonight to spew conspiracy theories about the 2020 election. Pathetically, in true authoritarian fashion, he even threatened to revoke the licenses of ABC and NBC because they would not cover his speech. Insane. Too many Americans have fought and died to defend American democracy. All of us, regardless of our political views, must stand together against this dangerous president who is seeking to undermine our Constitution and our basic freedoms.

Trump says Democrats forgot to rig the election in 2016, successfully rigged it while *he* was president in 2020, then forgot how to rig it again in 2024. He also announced the US intel agencies have found evidence that China produced counterfeit ballots intended to support Joe Biden in the 2020 election. According to the president, this intelligence was deliberately withheld from him and omitted from his daily intel briefings by members of our own intelligence agencies. Trump is calling for criminal investigations, firings, and for criminal charges to be filed against everyone who was involved. He said this is why we desperately need the Save America Act to be passed. Will China be held accountable?
