StormX, Inc., has filed a voluntary petition for bankruptcy protection under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. This matter is before Judge Brendan L. Shannon and has been assigned case number, 25-10730(BLS). This notice has important information about the case for creditors, debtors, and trustees, including relevant deadlines. To protect your rights, consult an attorney. All documents filed in the case may be inspected at the bankruptcy clerk's office at the address listed below or through PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records at pacer.uscourts.gov). Additionally, documents in this case may be filed with the Court at the following address: 824 Market Street, 3rd Floor Wilmington, Delaware 19801. Please note the staff of the bankruptcy clerk’s office cannot give legal advice. If you are a creditor and believe you have a claim against StormX, Inc., you must file a proof of claim detailing the amount and basis of your claim. This case does not have a claims agent so any proof of claim must be filed through the Court’s website.
