@StovesUK taken delivery of a great looking Sterling Deluxe S1100EI and as the installer was sliding it into place, the top left door shattered - even more disappointing is having mailed @StovesUK this morning to get replacement - ZERO RESPONSE - please help!!

@StovesUK Hey! I just bought a Sterling 1000 Chimney cooker hood but need to use it on 'recirculating' mode. The instructions say 'To assemble the filtering flue refer to the instructions contained in the kit'. What item is this kit and where do I buy it from?

Sure as rain is wet, two years later this is rusting away to crap again @stovesuk. In the two years since repair we have used no cleaning products of any sort on the back of the oven, we've cleaned the bottom with care. Your components are not fit for use. Advise please @StovesUK

So this is the third one of these cookers I've had from @StovesUK. First two developed electrical faults within months. Third one dates from the start of 2018. Heating element in the oven has gone, needs replacing. Innards look like this:

Bought a new kitchen from @WrenKitchens with a fridge from @StovesUK Fridge was delivered damaged on 7 June and we’re still waiting for either company to contact us to arrange delivery of a new one. Very poor customer service from both companies @IanTheSolution

@StovesUK Help! After a bit of investigation it appears our NF60188 fridge/freezer is tripping the RCD in our house, no matter which circuit I put it on. The unit is only 3 years old. Can you help with electrical faults with your products, please?

@StovesUK Its so dissapointing my stoves induction hob just stopped working. Showing a Er22 error and now wont work. I've had it 18 months and Im beyond gutted. I spent a significant amount of money thinking it would last. Not the quality brand I thought they were😢

Would never reccomend a @StovesUK cooker to my worst enemy. Over a year of complaining about my cooker that is unsafe to use I just get ignored told it has been escalated time and time again and never hear from anybody. Discusting customer service's! Avoid this company!!!
