To celebrate shipping our 1,000th putter at @HannaGolfCo, we are doing a giveaway.
How to enter:
• Retweet this tweet
• Fill out the form in the next tweet
There is a catch: It's a blind giveaway.
It's a prototype.
You will get it before we even release it on our website. But we aren't sharing what the putter model is.
Here is what we are sharing.
• Aged copper plate finish
• Can select length
• Can select lie angle
• Can select sight line
• Can select paint fill color
• Can select black or chrome shaft
• Can pick the initials you want milled
It's a custom prototype putter. You just don't know what it looks like.
We will be releasing this putter in April or May (not the same model we are posting about tomorrow).
I love this putter. We had a DI team in the shop, and half the guys got this putter.

@straightgross @JankovicWonIW15 I like de minaur. A lot. But we are in a very weak tennis generation right now. Welcome back to social media. Maybe one day you’ll even play golf with me again!

de minaur would be #1 and multiple slam winner in pre 2004 era

@Rebel_14 @Acc0untingNerd The last person I forced to name a name picked Mike Brey, and I didn't think it could get any worse, but this is MUCH worse. Logging off forever

We were the last place team in the Big 12 and beat the 8th and 9th seeds.
This tweet is a prime example of how delusional CU basketball fans can be.
I’m excited about the win, but this is just nuts. Call me out if we win the entire tourney.

Potentially my last post as I explore other platforms. I got to play Oak Hill this summer and I wrote a blog about friendship:

Let’s double click on this for a minute Rick.
First, the average commercial load for a PGA Tour broadcast is 18 minutes per hour, consistent with other sporting events that pay huge rights fees. And the broader audience disagrees with you that it’s a problem, as most people chose a higher commercial load for lower tier pricing in streaming choices last year.
Second, so called “weaker fields” has always been a problem, if one chooses to use that term. From 1950 on Hogan played basically just the majors. Nicklaus played a limited schedule throughout his career and from 1980-1996 (European players won 10 of the Masters in this span) most of the best players played in Europe and sparingly in the US (nobody said the PGA Tour was struggling with weak fields) and beginning in 1996 Tiger has played a limited schedule as has Rory here in the US. Applaud the fact that we have more golf: men, women, amateurs, collegiate, seniors and juniors get shown on TV now.
Third, slow play. I agree. The tour can do way more and do it better but it’s not necessarily a recent problem.
Finally, so called “boring courses” is a parochial criticism by the indoctrinated of any course that by providence wasn’t built beside the ocean or more specifically is not St. Andrews. The PGA Tour goes to Pebble Beach next week, and in a typical year goes to Riviera and no one would say the TPC Scottsdale is “boring” or for that matter the Seth Raynor pacific gem Waialae CC. The tour gives the golf world a mix of classics and gems, new and old, thick rough and no rough, long and short and hard and easy.
The PGA Tour is not exempt from criticism, and it can certainly change a few things for the better as can TV production, but it still remains the best Tour in the world, so let’s not throw the baby out with the bath water.
Rick Golfs@Top100Rick
So Justin Thomas has written a letter to his fellow players asking them to be more accessible to the fans to help make the PGA Tour better. Will this actually make you watch the PGA Tour? The real problems need to be fixed first: Commercial load! Weak fields Slow play Boring courses Justin’s letter is right on. It’s a start and the players should be more open to improving the product. Props to him. But nobody wants to watch 23 minutes of commercials in an hour broadcast.

In honor of Ohio State winning the national title last night, let's all list our favorite Jack Nicklaus designs.
I'll start:
-Fyre Lake, Sherard IL
That's it! That's the list. Every other Nicklaus I've played has been a slog and I've been excited to finish. I don't know if Nicklaus was ever on-site at Fyre Lake, but it's fun...which is a nice change of pace for Jack.

@flushingitgolf Ok it’s a really good shot. But let’s calm down. It’s 280 to the pin. Probably 260 carry at most. It’s downwind. Appears to be downhill some too. There is absolutely no slope in the bunker and no lip on the bunker at all. A shot most golfers can hit? No…but it’s not insane.

@Top100Rick Desert Forest would be so fucking cool. Makes logistical sense, operates under a mandate to stay in tournament conditions
